So this morning I had a conversation with my bf. It is fun though, cause I get to see his point of view for something. I like to hear his opinion about something. He judges something from a side that sometimes I don't even realize.
We talk a bout my will to do internship this holiday. Yes I have a quit long holiday, started June 27th to Sept 3rd. Well, I finished my exam on June 23rd then the next day I already had my day off. When I talked to him that I don't want to start my career at my hometown and prefer to do it later here at Jakarta, he said that everyone should start everything from zero, the small one and I shouldn't follow my ego and keep saying I don't want to work there. (I study communication science with specialization in broadcasting) I said to him that everyone has their own start and they are not same. Each and everyone has it and embrace it in different ways. Maybe my start is in big city, as I always want it.
My own word makes me realize that beside the quit long holiday, this internship that I intend to do also be my zero, my start of the career I'm going to acquire. I also think that it helps me to do my start in more calm way. As I don't have to feel the rush (yet) to find job people feel when they graduate. when I graduate later I already had my start and have taken baby steps and maybe I already on level five or something from my zero.
As I explain it to him I pray that I get a phone call at least from one of the company that I sent my CV to and have an interview to get that intern. This afternoon, at 1.44 PM a get one and I'll have my interview next Monday. Wish me luck guys..
