Admit it, us girls, at least for once in our lives there's moment when we have something inside the closet that we gonna wear it for special occasion and won't wear it till it comes. Something, maybe fragrance, dress, or whatever that might be that we don't use it right away after we purchase or get it.
When we buy it, we think of the occasion we will use it. It turn out later, the occasion that we've been waiting for or created for, don't happen as son as we hope. So we keep the items inside closet and some still have the tags on.
